The house is one of fifteen villas located in the private resort of Nonsuch Bay and with access to all its services and facilities. It is surrounded by forty acres of beautifully landscaped gardens with ocean views and its own secluded beach.

Coconut House has been completed to high standards and is uniquely decorated in a rustic Caribbean style. This beautifully maintained property is ideally positioned at the end of a row of homes in the development, with a large private garden.

Sleep well

Coconut House can sleep a maximum of ten people. The property has three bedrooms on the ground floor, each benefiting from en-suite bathrooms. Two have direct access to the pool and the other opens out onto the garden and tropical, landscaped courtyard.

There is an additional, equally spacious bedroom upstairs, which has a lovely wraparound terrace.

Guests can also sleep on the massive sofa bed in the living area, which has access to the first floor guest bathroom including a shower.

Spacious, open-plan living

The large, open plan living, dining and kitchen area provides an ideal space for entertaining and comes fully equipped with contemporary appliances.

The kitchen area benefits from direct access outside, where there is a large, shaded veranda for outdoor dining and a plunge pool in the private garden.

Thanks to our open plan layout and the house’s position, we benefit from a pleasant breeze which keeps Coconut House cool. This removes the need for air conditioning, helping us to be as environmentally friendly as possible. We have ceiling fans for extra cooling on particularly warm days.
